Responsibilities

• Shipping Team Lead: Supervise team members, ensure timely shipment of goods, manage inventory levels, and resolve shipping issues.
• Industrial Engineer: Analyze current processes, propose improvements, conduct experiments to validate new designs, and train staff on new methods.
• Production Associate: Perform assembly line tasks, adhere to quality standards, troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and maintain work areas.
• Painter: Apply paint and varnish to products, ensure adherence to color specifications, clean tools and equipment, and follow safety protocols.
• Outside Sales Representative: Identify potential clients, develop sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage customer relationships.

Requirements

• Shipping Team Lead: High school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of supervisory experience, strong organizational skills, and ability to communicate effectively.
• Industrial Engineer: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, 3+ years of relevant experience, proficiency in CAD software, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Production Associate: High school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of related work experience, familiarity with industrial equipment, and attention to detail.
• Painter: High school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of painting experience, knowledge of safety regulations, and manual dexterity.
• Outside Sales Representative: Bachelor's degree preferred, 2+ years of sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Shipping Team Lead: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Industrial Engineer: Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
