Shipping Supervisor – Logistics

About the Role

Oversee outbound logistics for modular industrial buildings, ensuring efficient and safe shipping operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shipping operations, including loading oversized and standard freight.
• Coordinate with production, inventory, and field teams to meet project timelines.
• Schedule carriers, verify shipping documentation, and enforce safety protocols.
• Maintain accuracy of ERP and shipping records.
• Coach shipping staff, promote 5S practices, and drive continuous improvement.
• Resolve freight issues and support quality, cost, and on-time delivery for industrial and defense projects nationwide.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience in logistics, shipping, or warehouse management.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and shipping documentation.
