The Shipping Supervisor will oversee shipping functions, manage shipments, prepare reports, and coordinate courier rates.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- 2+ years of production leadership experience
- 3+ years of logistics/industrial/shipping experience
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively
- Focus on increasing customer satisfaction by meeting obligations in a timely manner
- Aptitude to calculate shipping/delivery costs and recognize the importance of safety
- Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills
