Job Location: Camp Hill, PA
Full-time, 1st shift

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe work procedures are followed by all employees in the department
• Wear proper personal protective equipment and follow proper lifting procedures
• Work and act safely at all times, accepting equal responsibility for personal safety and that of co-workers
• Operate a high reach truck/stand-up forklift and electric pallet jack
• Ensure timely and efficient throughput of products
• Follow all standard operating procedures
• Report deficiencies in selecting processes and suggest new alternatives/methods to improve these processes
• Ensure all food safety procedures and practices are being followed
• Ensure all safety procedures and practices are being followed

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without Visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to operate a high reach truck/stand-up forklift
• Must be able to operate an electric pallet jack

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Previous experience on a high reach truck
• Prior work history in a fast-paced production environment
• Prior experience leading diverse teams in the meat industry or warehouse environment

Pay

$22.51/hr
