Seasonal positions can last up to 90 days with the option to convert or extend based on business needs and performance.

Responsibilities

• Accurately use and operate an RF scanning device.
• Sort product according to purchase order and SKU.
• Correctly match and place shipping labels.
• Properly follow company and OSHA safety procedures.
• Bring problems to the attention of the supervisor, manager, safety director, or HR manager.
• Follow daily procedures and protocols as set forth in job orientations and trainings.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old to apply.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to read, write, conduct business‑related mathematics and analyze data as required.
• Basic proficiency in speaking and understanding English to comprehend safety instructions, participate in safety drills, and effectively communicate in case of emergencies.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of previous experience in a warehouse facility preferred.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and perform other physical activities during scheduled work hours.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materials and packages weighing up to 50 lb on a regular basis.
• Must be able to load, unload, sort, stage, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments safely and efficiently.
• Must possess the visual abilities necessary to perform job duties, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Must be able to read and interpret shipping labels, packing slips, inventory records, and other receiving and distribution documentation accurately.
• Safety Test: Candidates must successfully complete a Safety Test administered by MATHIS Physical Therapy and achieve a Tier 3 rating to be considered qualified.

Schedule

Available full‑time shifts:

• 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday – Shipping: 7 am – 5:30 pm
• Weekend Shift: Friday – Sunday – Shipping: 7 am – 7:30 pm

Pay

Base rate paid bi‑weekly: $18.50 per hour.
