Shipping/Receiving Supervisor

About the role

Activités Hutchinson Cadillac is seeking a motivated and results-driven Shipping Supervisor to lead first-shift warehouse and shipping operations. This position will partner closely with the Warehouse Manager to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily shipping and warehouse activities
• Ensure safe, efficient, and accurate shipment processing
• Lead, coach, and develop team members
• Monitor productivity, quality, and inventory accuracy
• Coordinate with production, customer service, and logistics teams
• Promote continuous improvement and compliance with company policies
