About the role
As a Shipping & Receiving Specialist, you’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting smooth warehouse operations. You’ll work in a team-first environment where safety and collaboration are prioritized.
Schedule
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with overtime as needed.
Pay
Hourly wage depending on experience, plus shift differential for 3rd shift. $1,500 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities
- Utilize SAP to receive raw materials, packaging supplies, and purchased finished goods, and pull and prepare finished goods for shipment
- Maintain accurate inventory through double-checking quantities and reporting discrepancies
- Report spills, damaged product, or any inventory loss immediately
- Ensure compliance with all transportation and environmental regulations
- Operate forklifts safely and follow all plant safety rules
- Maintain housekeeping standards in warehouse and shipping areas
- Accurately complete all required documentation
- Assist with physical inventory counts and cycle counting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and EHS regulatory requirements
- Load trucks for shipment and handle Bill of Lading paperwork
- Create Production Orders in SAP for manufacturing
- Perform customer-specific requirements such as labeling
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; ability to read English and perform basic math
- Minimum one year of warehousing experience
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft applications
- Forklift experience
- Willingness to work off-shifts and overtime
- Ability to maintain forklift license and DOT certification if required
