Shipping & Receiving Specialist

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform daily operations of a mail room – Receiving and Sending packages
• Shipping & Receiving, Delivering and Processing of Mail (Responsible for Chain of Custody)
• Retrieving packages from Loading Dock
• Processing outgoing FedEx & UPS packages (Domestic & International)
• Handling formal contact with customers, on a daily basis
• Implementing and managing RICOH Service Excellence Programs
• Operating required equipment/software efficiently to achieve service level agreements
• Achieving profitability in the area of cost of goods by effectively utilizing company materials and supplies
• May include interaction with contracted vendors, facility management and occupants
• Maintaining office-supply inventory and re-ordering
• Maintaining positive internal working relationships with all department employees by communicating in a professional manner
• Collecting and providing data to assigned leadership and customers
• Completing daily and monthly reports to customers with support from assigned leadership
• Ensuring financial responsibilities are met

Qualifications

• High school or GED is required
• 1 years of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical)
• Previous 1 year Customer facing work experience required
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of technology
