Responsibilities
- Perform daily shipping and receiving duties
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks and materials
- Aid with inventory and material handling
- Support production and bagging operations as needed
- Provide support and assist with supervisor responsibilities when required
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Requirements
- Shipping and receiving experience preferred
- Forklift operating experience required
- Ability to lift and perform physical labor, including stacking 50-pound bags
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic computer skills required, including Microsoft Word and Excel
