About the role
This position involves operating forklifts, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts (single and double forks) to move product throughout the warehouse
- Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments safely and efficiently
- Read and follow computerized work orders to determine quantities and types of products to be shipped
- Locate and pick requested items within the warehouse using RF scanning equipment (RF experience preferred)
- Inspect pallets and products for damages or quality issues and report findings to leadership
- Pack, stage, and label materials/pallets for shipping while verifying counts and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at the end of each shift
- Work with other machinery and material handling equipment as needed
- Support overall warehouse operations and team objectives
Requirements
- Ability to operate or learn sit-down forklifts (single and double)
- Ability to read, interpret, and scan pallet identification numbers accurately
- Comfortable working in cold storage/freezer environments (as low as -20°F) with company-provided PPE and freezer gear
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. (may vary by facility)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with varying noise levels

Pay
Starting around $19/hour, with the potential for more based on experience. Pay Range: $15.72 - $26.59
Schedule
Monday - Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
