Shipping Receiving Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, verify, and record all inbound shipments
• Pack, address, and document all outbound shipments
• Aid customers by loading and unloading equipment needing to be serviced
• Cook up all shipments with appropriate shipping vendors
• Cook up all shipments with appropriate shipping vendors

• Maintain relationships with shipping vendors and drivers
• Inventory cycle counting
• Inventory organization and shelving labeling
• Inventory stocking
• Aids in general labor to maintain the organization and efficiency of the warehouse
• Continuous improvement of delivery, quality, efficiency, and safety of the team

Skills & Qualifications

• Positive, can-do attitude
• Organized with great attention to detail
• Previous experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse coordination
• Solid basic computer knowledge
• Quick learner when facing new problems: a relentless desire to learn, open to change, strives for continuous improvement of self and processes
• Solid communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey information and ideas
• Responds with a sense of urgency and thrives in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Works well independently or with a team
• Customer-first attitude
• Ability to physically lift heavy items up to 70 lbs
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to drive a forklift or within 30 days of hire requirement - training will be provided
