Shipping Receiving Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, verify, and record all inbound shipments
- Pack, address, and document all outbound shipments
- Aid customers by loading and unloading equipment needing to be serviced
- Cook up all shipments with appropriate shipping vendors

- Maintain relationships with shipping vendors and drivers
- Inventory cycle counting
- Inventory organization and shelving labeling
- Inventory stocking
- Aids in general labor to maintain the organization and efficiency of the warehouse
- Continuous improvement of delivery, quality, efficiency, and safety of the team
Skills & Qualifications
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Organized with great attention to detail
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse coordination
- Solid basic computer knowledge
- Quick learner when facing new problems: a relentless desire to learn, open to change, strives for continuous improvement of self and processes
- Solid communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey information and ideas
- Responds with a sense of urgency and thrives in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Works well independently or with a team
- Customer-first attitude
- Ability to physically lift heavy items up to 70 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to drive a forklift or within 30 days of hire requirement - training will be provided
