Responsibilities
- Verify purchase order data, process cost variances and price changes, complete data entry and invoice resolution using TeamWork inventory management system.
- Process all incoming shipments, including preparing necessary shipping documents and other related paperwork; packing and unpacking of shipments; labeling of merchandise; accurate receipt of goods; and maintaining stock and shipping areas.
- Maintain purchase order records and files of receivable paperwork, including digital record keeping accessible to finance and accounting.
- Reconcile discrepancies in vendor information and maintain correspondence with vendors as needed.
- Prepare invoices for payment, request, and track vendor shipments for return orders on merchandise incorrectly sent or damaged.
