Shipping/Receiving Clerk (CDL Required)

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, store, and distribute materials while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, complete shipping and receiving documentation.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts.
- Ensure materials are handled safely and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Load and unload materials.
- Organize warehouse inventory.
- Make local deliveries as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and ability to meet insurance requirements
- Basic computer and math skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience pulling a fifth-wheel trailer
- Forklift and pallet jack experience
- Experience handling steel products and industrial materials
- Flatbed loading and unloading experience
- Experience unloading coils, crates, and oversized materials
Physical Requirements
This position requires frequent movement throughout warehouse, shop, and outdoor work areas. Candidates must be able to regularly lift, push, pull, and carry 50+ pounds and safely operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
Pay Range
Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, skills, and demonstrated ability. Entry-level candidates may qualify for a starting hourly rate of $18.00 to $26.00. Experienced candidates may qualify for higher rates based on their experience. Highly experienced candidates may qualify for compensation at the upper end of the pay range.
