Key Responsibilities

• Operating forklifts to move and load materials
• Managing inventory movement efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Using handheld scanners for inventory tracking
• Ensuring safe handling of materials

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organizational skills
• Safety-first mindset

Bonus Points

• Previous forklift certification
• Experience with heavy machinery
• Background in farming or industrial settings
• Inventory management experience

Work Environment & Physical Demands

This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect to perform physically demanding tasks (bending, climbing, pushing, etc.), repetitive movements, and lifting from 50-75 lbs. PPE provided.

Location: 415 West Roy Parker Road, Ozark, AL 36360

Shift: 1st shift

Schedule: Monday to Friday / 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Pay Range: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
