About the role
The Shipping & Receiving Clerk position creates bills of lading for shipment of material. The Clerk creates receivers for incoming material and enters them into the appropriate computer system, as well as prepares material identification tags as needed. The Shipping & Receiving Clerk may identify inventory shortages and pull work orders to replenish necessary stock.
Responsibilities

- Identify inventory shortages and pull work orders to replenish stock
- Inspect material for quality conformance using measuring devices and drawings
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience operating a forklift required; overhead crane experience a plus
- General knowledge of ancillary lifting devices preferred
- Detail-oriented with ability to inspect material for quality conformance
