Shipping & Receiving Associate TEMP

About the role

As a Mailroom Associate, you’ll play an important role in keeping Regal connected by ensuring mail, packages, and important shipments are processed accurately and delivered on time. You’ll receive incoming deliveries, coordinate outgoing theatre mail, and support daily operations across the business. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build experience in an office and operations environment. No prior experience is required—just a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Receive, log, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
• Prepare and ship outgoing mail and theatre communications.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and complete requested reports.
• Provide backup support for theatre supplies operations when needed.
• Support daily mailroom operations and other assigned administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills and comfort using office equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift packages up to 60 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
• Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
