Shipping & Receiving Associate

About the role

The Shipping & Receiving Associate ensures daily warehouse functions and procedures run smoothly and efficiently, supporting the team in accomplishing goals and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving inspection by verifying serial numbers (s/n), part numbers (P/N), obvious damage, capabilities, and revisions.
• Manage customer holds, engineering holds, and quality holds; maintain direct communication with customer service and internal teams.
• Perform shipping duties, including verifying P/Ns, damage, shipping instructions, addresses, and commercial invoices (MS Memo of Shipment and proformas for third-party shipments).
• Create airway bills and inspect customer crates prior to shipping final goods.
• Send invoices and contact carriers to schedule pickups.
• Verify that R.O.’s match materials being shipped out.
• Maintain direct communication with customer service for incomplete documents, returns, and discrepancies.
• Comply with all applicable quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
