Responsibilities

• Load and unload raw material and finished goods trailers
• Operate sit-down forklift to move materials around the production floor
• Ensure incoming materials and finished materials are correctly labeled and documented (scanned) in the inventory
• Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments
• Maintain organization of raw and finished materials in a manner that best meets the needs of the floor
• Identify busted parcels, and bring them to production for processing, or repackage for shipping as necessary
• Help to scale trucks in and out after hours when needed
• Execute all safety protocols – safety is critical to everyone's success

This position is "hands on" and requires a self-starter mindset.

Requirements

• Previous trailer loading and unloading experience
• Self-starter with a willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic – dependable with good attendance
• Able to work Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
• Physical qualifications:
  • Lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
  • Stand for extended periods
  • Lift, throw, bend, squat, twist, and reach
  • Work in both hot and cold conditions
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Able to read, write, and understand English
• Basic computer knowledge is a plus
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist others
