Shipping /Receiving Associate
This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.
About the Role
Regal Rexnord Marengo is hiring a Shipping/Receiving Associate for our 1st shift. Benefits begin on day one, along with a 401(k) with match, paid time off, and the opportunity to join a growing company with an amazing team culture.
Responsibilities
- Verify outbound shipments and inbound receipts with documentation provided.
- Deliver materials to designated locations, including incoming POs, courier packages, RMAs, and warehouse-stocked items needed for production.
- Load and unload trucks using fork trucks, manual lifts, dollies, and skids, comparing identifying information such as counts, weights, or measurements to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
- Examine incoming shipments for damage, record shortages, and route items to departments.
- Receipt incoming deliveries into the computer system from information on packing lists.
- Process materials to stock after inspection.
- Maintain stock of materials used for packaging and shipping; order materials as necessary.
- Process requisitions, jobs, and miscellaneous transactions in the computer system as needed.
- Communicate stock discrepancies to proper teams.
- Pack, wrap, weigh, and label production and stock materials for shipment. Document required information and deliver materials and paperwork to the dock area.
- Use basic carpentry skills to build and crate screws and shafting.
- Communicate essential information to the supervisor as required.
- Adhere to all division health and safety regulations, including 5S responsibilities.
- May need to run to supplier or Post Office using company vehicles.
Requirements
- Shipping/Receiving experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or Equivalency.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to perform math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, etc.).
- Valid Driver’s License.

Pay
$17–$19 per hour.
