Shipping & Receiving Associate

About the role

This role independently performs shipping and receiving activities and supports inventory accuracy and documentation at the Passive Plus Inc. facility in Hauppauge, NY. The Shipping & Receiving Associate II works with limited supervision and assists with training, inventory activities, and resolution of shipping or receiving discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Independently prepare, package, and ship domestic and international orders
• Receive materials, verify accuracy, and resolve discrepancies
• Generate and review shipping documentation and carrier paperwork
• Support inventory transactions and cycle counts
• Assist with training Associate I or backup employees
• Maintain compliance with shipping, safety, and quality standards
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2–4 years of shipping and receiving experience
• ERP and shipping system experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a production or shipping environment
