Responsibilities
- Initial receipt inspection on purchased items and customer products, including dangerous goods such as batteries and explosive devices
- Identification of materials and jobs at time of receipt
- Review and process documentation in preparation for shipment of equipment
- Packaging and shipping items according to specified requirements or appropriate to part
- Housekeeping of Shipping/Receiving Area
- Training
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least one year of experience in a similar role preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Experience with hazardous materials handling and packaging is a plus.
