Shipping Loader - 2nd Shift (Friday-Sunday, 12hrs Dayshift)

About the Role

Join our warehouse team as a Loader in a fast-paced distribution center, where you’ll play a key role in maintaining efficient operations while adhering to safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Load trailers while following Dollar Tree safety policies to prevent personal injuries and property damage.
• Ensure freight is loaded with appropriate space left at the end of the trailer; determine when overflow is necessary.
• Verify merchandise for accuracy, check for damage, and load onto the correct trailer.
• Collaborate with the team to prevent production downtime caused by overloading or merchandise left on the extender.
• Meet or exceed set productivity and engineered standards on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Perform general housekeeping duties and assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to frequently lift up to 70 lbs.
• Capability to stand, walk, lift, and load boxes for 10+ hours per shift.
• At least 1 year of previous warehouse experience.
• Strong teamwork skills.
