Description
Coordinate Forklift Operators in daily routine of loading trailers according to SWR’s standards and factory master schedules, delivering products efficiently and cost-effectively while meeting customer requirements.
Requirements
- Must be able to speak, read, and comprehend English
- Able to lift 25-50 lbs. on a consistent basis
- Able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy
- Able to read and follow instructions on factory masters
- Must have a working telephone number on record with Human Resources, Shipping Superintendent, and Production Manager at all times
- Must be a self-starter, initiating and completing tasks independently
- Must be a qualified Shipping Forklift Operator or Truck Driver
- Must have 6 months’ experience as a Shipping Forklift Operator or Truck Driver
- Must have supervisory experience as a proven manager/lead of at least 5 people
