Shipping/Inventory Specialist

About The Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented assistant warehouse shipper/inventory specialist. This is a hands-on role, where you will prepare, pack and process outgoing shipments through UPS, Fed-Ex, and Truckline. You will help ensure that orders are fulfilled correctly and sent on time out to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare outgoing orders to company standards and customer specifications.
• Verify order details against work orders.
• Generate shipping labels, bill of ladings.
• Help inspect incoming shipments for damages and shortages.
• Keep shipping area organized, clean, and safe.
• Help manage/pull inventory orders.

Requirements

• 1-2 years warehouse shipping experience
• Basic Computer Skills
• Physically able to lift 50+lbs repeatedly
• Strong attention to detail
