About the role

As a Shipping & Inventory Specialist in Mapleton, you will play a critical role in ensuring products are shipped accurately, safely, and on time to customers. You will collaborate closely with warehouse, operations, customer service, production, and transportation teams to drive efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and support Arxada's commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule shipments to customers, distribution centers, and warehouses while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Verify order accuracy and proactively resolve shipping, inventory, and logistics issues with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through shipment verification and cycle count activities.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies to support operational accuracy and continuous improvement.
  • Process stock transfers and coordinate shipments to external warehouse locations.
  • Collaborate across warehouse, operations, and logistics teams to improve shipment quality and timeliness.
  • Support safe working practices and contribute to a culture of compliance, accountability, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory management, or a related operational environment preferred.
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management systems (WMS), SAP, ERP platforms, and transportation management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate inventory and shipping documentation.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and contribute to a positive, customer-focused culture.

Pay

The expected salary range for this role is $46,000–$53,000 base salary. This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus.
