Shipping Inventory Control 5 (D Shift)

About the role

This position involves managing and correcting physical inventory within the Material Handling system, ensuring accurate product tracking and transfers.

Responsibilities

• Take physical inventory of finished goods in the Material Handling system.
• Make manual moves and update computer files to correct product inventory.
• Perform product transfers and location changes via computer terminal.
• Record and file all inventory corrections and transfers in Material Handling office files.
• Monitor aged inventory and follow quality control protocols for aged inventory.
• Work with corporate to schedule inventory as needed.
• Demonstrate a full and complete understanding of the WMS inventory system.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in material handling preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use a ten-key adding machine preferred.
• Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Schedule

D Shift: Wednesday (12:45 AM – 7:15 AM), Thursday–Saturday (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM).
