Shipping Dock Supervisor

Join a global team in a role focused on warehouse operations within the protein and salt business, ensuring the safe handling, storage, and shipment of high-quality food products. Key Responsibilities Include Performing lead accountabilities, supporting team members, and troubleshooting complex issues.Moving, receiving, and shipping products or materials using computerized systems and standard procedures.Preparing, verifying, and documenting shipments, ensuring accuracy and safety.Operating equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, and conveyors to move and store products.Maintaining a safe and clean warehouse environment by adhering to safety policies.Supporting other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications And Skills Must be at least 18 years old, eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, and proficient in English.Ability to work in cold environments (32ºF to -35ºF) and handle meat products.Flexible availability, including early, late, and weekend shifts.Experience with Excel and warehouse operations preferred, with at least 2 years shipping/receiving experience being advantageous.
