Shipping Clerk

About the role

Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory records, and assisting with order processing.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Process outbound shipments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Update inventory records and maintain accurate shipping documentation.
• Assist with order fulfillment and customer inquiries.
• Ensure all shipments are delivered on time and in good condition.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or shipping environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with shipping software and systems.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.

Pay

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
