Shipping Associate

About the role

Responsible for managing inventory, packing and shipping orders efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and order fulfillment processes
• Pack and label orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure all orders are shipped within the required timeframes
• Handle customer inquiries regarding shipments and deliveries
• Perform routine maintenance on shipping equipment and facilities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in warehouse operations or related field preferred
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic computer literacy
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
