Shipping Associate

Velocity Flex is seeking an experienced Shipping Associate to join our team with the opportunity to grow into a Shipping Team Lead role. This position is ideal for someone with prior shipping and warehouse experience who enjoys working in a hands-on, team-oriented environment in Baytown, TX. Temp to hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders accurately
• Verify shipments and maintain shipping documentation
• Assist with inventory and warehouse organization
• Operate shipping equipment and follow safety procedures
• Work closely with the shipping team to meet daily deadlines
• Support team lead responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

• Previous shipping/warehouse experience required
• Leadership potential and strong work ethic
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in a "good ol' boy" culture

Pay

$18 to $20/hr. depending on experience.

Schedule

Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch, 4/10 schedule, 40 hours per week).
