Shipping Associate

About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Shipping Associate. We are seeking an individual who is detail-oriented, efficient, and passionate about customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying contents and documentation.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, labeling and packing items according to company standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with warehouse management to ensure stock availability.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding shipment status and provide accurate information.
• Operate various equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or shipping environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record (if applicable).

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with shipping software systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay

$18.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
