Shipping Associate

Job Summary

The Shipping Associate is responsible for supporting daily shipping operations by ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, documented properly, and shipped on time. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting warehouse operations, and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• At least 18 years of age
• Previous warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience preferred
• Minimum of one year of experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and shipping software
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and shipping documentation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve routine operational issues

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, and move throughout the workday
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying seasonal temperatures
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and varying schedules based on business needs
