Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders
• Load and unload delivery trucks by hand and using a forklift
• Stock inventory when replenishment shipments arrive
• Ship and receive orders using RF scanners and warehouse management system (WMS)
• Maintain clear and accurate records on all inventory
• Assist couriers and delivery drivers with loading vehicles, verifying load accuracy, and maximizing delivery efficiency
• Maintain warehouse organization and general housekeeping (e.g., cleaning/sweeping, maintenance, special projects)
• Motivate by example—partner with employees to perform daily activities and continuously improve performance

Requirements

• 1–10 years of recent warehouse experience
• Knowledge of WMS, printing ticket orders, MS Office Suite, email, and internet navigation
• Willingness to complete a criminal background check
• Strong work ethic and dedication to getting the job done
• Interest in growing with Grimco—potential for overtime hours and future supervisory duties

Schedule

Full-time, immediate opening. This position requires an 8-hour workday, Monday–Friday (day shift). Additional hours and/or days may be required based on demand. Schedule is set and not flexible.
