About the role

Join our team of dedicated individuals who serve our patients daily. The Shipping Assistant helps people get the medical supplies they need by supporting all company shipping and receiving operations, processing returns, and keeping the warehouse organized.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all items to be shipped on a daily basis.
• Manage and complete daily cycle counts of applicable inventory.
• Assist with receiving items shipped to the Company on a daily basis; inspect and report any damage immediately to the Shipping Coordinator.
• Place all items received for stock into their appropriate locations, ensuring proper rotation and no expired products are stocked.
• Assist with inspecting and processing returned items to the Distribution Center.
• Maintain the warehouse area in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Demonstrate timeliness, courtesy, sincerity, and patience when dealing with patients/clients.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding employment, safety, and compliance; report any concerns of non-compliance to your manager immediately.
• Perform other duties as requested by your manager or another member of management.
