Shipping and Receiving/Warehouse Associate

About the role

Responsible for managing the shipping and receiving process, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and compliance with warehouse safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all warehouse safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding product availability and shipment status.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of basic warehouse equipment operation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
