Job Summary

We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Team Member to handle daily customer orders, process returns, restock inventory, and ensure efficient operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship daily customer orders with speed and accuracy
• Process incoming returns and exchanges
• Restock finished goods and maintain accurate inventory
• Ensure all shipments meet quality and compliance standards
• Work efficiently in a high-volume environment while maintaining organization

Requirements

• Previous experience in shipping and receiving (high-volume e-commerce experience preferred)
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for 8+ hours per day
• Proficiency with shipping software and inventory management systems
• Comfortable using both Mac OS and Windows operating systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment
