Essential Functions
- Ensure all freight and UPS shipments are properly packaged and sent out in a timely manner
- Accurately key orders into the warehouse management system on the computer
- Ship company uniforms, safety equipment, and other items needed for work to field employees
- Respond promptly and courteously to requests from internal customers
- Keep a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Perform other labor-intensive tasks such as assembling or moving furniture, equipment, supplies, etc.
Supervisory Responsibilities
The Shipping and Receiving Clerk has no direct reports.
Experience Requirements
At least one year of shipping and receiving experience
Education Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Maintain a Driver’s License
- Work independently in a self-directed environment
- Prioritize work
- Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
