About the role
Contribute to a consistent and efficient warehouse operation by maintaining quality in picking, shipping, and inventory management while driving productivity and meeting warehouse objectives. Deliver volume requirements timeously and efficiently, ensuring business needs are met and supporting continuous improvement of the team and operations.
Responsibilities
- Pick high-volume serialized and lot inventory for customer orders across multiple SKUs.
- Pack, palletize, and ship customer orders seamlessly and promptly within agreed time frames.
- Organize and maintain all storage areas to ensure they are safe, secure, clean, and tidy.
- Perform routine stock checks of serialized and lot numbers.
- Maintain and process inventory across functions, including quarantined stock, finished goods, raw materials, and non-inventory items.
- Schedule and monitor delivery/courier services.
- Break down inbound shipments (loose cartons or palletized) according to procedure.
- Load/unload palletized and loose cartons to/from courier vans and lorries.
- Contribute to the improvement of processes and operating practices on-site.
- Ensure all health and safety and quality procedures are followed.
- Support colleagues and provide cover for tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Requirements
- Experience working in a high-volume, target-driven environment with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- PC literate and comfortable performing processes using technology and barcode scanning.
Qualifications
- Desirable: Experience working in an inventory-controlled environment with a focus on inventory or product traceability.
- Desirable: Background working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or process-driven environment.
- Desirable: Experience using ERP or WMS systems.
- Desirable: Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
