Shipping and Receiving Associate

About the role

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will help ensure that incoming and outgoing shipments are processed accurately, safely, and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Prepare, pack, label, and process outgoing shipments.
• Verify order accuracy and ensure products are properly packaged for delivery.
• Load and unload trucks safely.
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records.
• Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe warehouse.
• Communicate with drivers, vendors, and team members regarding shipments.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete shipping documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
