About the role
Steinhafels Furniture is seeking a Shipping and Loading Associate to join our team at the New Berlin Bedding Factory. In this role, you will work collaboratively with the team to load semi-trailers with finished merchandise.
This is a first-shift position, working Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Load semi-trailers with finished merchandise
- Frequent walking and bending
- Lift up to 75 lbs
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team atmosphere
- Flexibility to adapt as priorities change
- Ability to add value in multiple areas of the factory
