Shipping & Supply Chain Support Associate

About the role

BRECOflex CO., L.L.C. is seeking a Shipping & Supply Chain Support Associate to join their precision-driven team. This position supports manufacturing operations and ensures accurate, efficient, and timely product shipping.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing same-day and next-day shipments
• Verify products, labels, packaging, and shipping documents for accuracy
• Prepare outbound shipments according to established procedures
• Help ensure timely and accurate dispatch of customer orders
• Perform physical product inspections using calipers, product drawings, and job aides (training provided)
• Support the QC team in maintaining product quality and shipment readiness
• Absorb and label inventory as needed
• Conduct cycle counts and verify inventory accuracy
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments
• Perform scanning verification and data entry into inventory systems
• Scan and upload approximately 300 shipping and production documents daily
• Maintain organized and accurate digital records

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in shipping, warehouse operations, QC inspection, or production support preferred
• Basic computer skills, including scanning and data entry
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a deadline-driven environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stay productive during repetitive, hands-on tasks

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. to waist height
• Ability to stand and move throughout the manufacturing area for most of the shift
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures

Pay

Salary Range: $20/hr-$21/hr

Schedule

9:00AM to 5:30PM (Monday-Friday)
