Shipping - 2nd & 3rd Shifts - Hegins Plant

About the role

MI Windows and Doors is seeking experienced Shipping / Forklift Drivers for 2nd and 3rd shift positions at the Hegins Plant in PA. Full-time roles starting at $21.00 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand orders
• Understand the scanning system for loading trucks
• Communicate effectively within a team environment
• Obey all company policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Comply with all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
• Inspect work-in-process and finished units for compliance with quality standards
• Secure product properly and place it in appropriate locations
• Operate a forklift
• Wrap and stage product from EDL oven (optional)
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Overtime may be required as needed

Requirements

• Ability to read and comprehend basic work instructions, standard procedures, and production orders
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Basic understanding of a tape measure
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and sustainably
• Collaborative and team-driven attitude
• Quality and precision-driven mindset
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
