About the role
This position is part of the Sales team at JELD-WEN, a global leader in interior and exterior doors, windows, and related products. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team.Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for sales growth within existing and new markets.
- Present product solutions effectively to customers and partners.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing the sale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the home improvement or building materials industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
