Shipper/Receiver

About the role

The Shipper/Receiver position reports to the Supply Chain Manager and works with Shipping and Receiving to ensure materials and equipment flow through the system while delivering the Eclipse Vision and the Eclipse Entrepreneurial Culture.

Responsibilities

• Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Use general office equipment, database software, and inventory control software.
• Weight Handling: Handle up to 23 kg (50 lbs) manually or using equipment like pallet lifters, lift trucks, and fork-lifts.
• Schedule distribution of goods: Prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents.
• Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents.
• Pack goods to be shipped and unpack goods received.
• Project Execution: Ensure all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the Eclipse Automation Inc. Conduct Code.
• Maintain a good corporate citizen role in support of the Eclipse corporate Vision.
• Adhere to all Health and Safety rules and procedures.
• Foster the development of a culture reflective of the core values of the business.

Requirements

• Completion of OSSD or equivalent education.
• 3+ years of experience in a shipping and receiving role, preferably in an automation environment.
• Fork Lift operator experience.
• Valid Driver’s license.

Schedule
