Shipper

Brief Description

• Assist with prep/paint area
• Remove all tape/prepping material from units
• Add nameplates, assembly lids, hardware as required by order
• Package and weigh units
• Prepare SAP shipments
• Clean work/storage area and check inventories
• Be an active participant in the company’s suggestion, quality, efficiency, and cost-savings programs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: 1-2 years of shipping experience preferred.

Skills and Key Attributes

• Ability to read, write, and basic math skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to stand on feet and move around for up to 8-12 hours per day

Summary

The Shipper is responsible for prepping and packaging units according to customer specifications. The 1st shift schedule runs Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
