About the role

We are seeking a Barista to join our team, elevating the craft of coffee to the highest level of thoughtful and meticulous preparation. This role requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and may include additional duties such as assisting in the Shinola retail store. You will delight customers in a friendly and outgoing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee
• Provide excellent customer service
• Use the POS system for sales transactions
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Handle food

Requirements

• Passionate about helping others
• Previous experience working as a Barista or in a similar role
• Curious, optimistic, and adaptable to a high-change environment
• Comfortable inserting yourself into new situations
• Friendly and outgoing
• Willingness to learn and a passion for the craft
• Must be 18+ years old

Pay

Starting at $15.00 per hour. Compensation can be negotiated based on previous experience and qualifications.
