Job Summary
Join Shine Window Care, a growing national franchise specializing in window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and holiday lighting. We offer competitive compensation, including a starting salary of $16-$18 per hour with potential for commissions and bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Drive in Shine vehicles to customers' homes or businesses to perform services specific to their needs.
- Work comfortably and casually in Shine provided clothing and equipment.
- Participate in daily team meetings to understand the day's game plan.
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds and work at heights.
- Meet with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss job plans.
- End the day at the Shine office to review the day's activities.

- Must be able to lift and carry a ladder up to 30 pounds
