Shine Technician

About the role

Join Shine Window Care, a growing national franchise specializing in window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and holiday lighting. We offer competitive compensation starting between $15-18 per hour with potential for commissions and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Drive in Shine vehicles to customers' homes or businesses (typically with another team member) throughout the day and perform services specific to that customer's needs.
• Meet with the team daily to understand the day's game plan.
• End the day back at the Shine office to recap the day's activities.
• Work comfortably and casually in comfortable clothing provided by Shine.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds and work at heights.

Requirements

• Must like to work with people
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder up to 30 pounds
• Must not be afraid of heights
• Must be able to work outside

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must pass a background check
