Shine Technician

About the role

Join Shine Window Care and become part of a growing national franchise. We are seeking individuals who enjoy working with people, have reliable transportation, and are comfortable lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive to customers' homes or businesses to perform services such as window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and holiday lighting.
• Work comfortably and casually in a Shine t-shirt provided by the company.
• Meet with the team daily to understand the day’s game plan.
• End the day at the Shine office to recap the day and prepare for the next day of work.
• May meet customers to ensure satisfaction with the job performed.

Requirements

• Must like to work with people
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder up to 40 pounds
• Must not be afraid of heights, working from a ladder on 2-3 story houses
• Must be able to work outside in various weather conditions

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and be driven to succeed
• Must be willing to learn and grow through paid training
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Starting between $15-$18 per hour with potential for commissions.
