About the role

Join Shine Window Care, a growing national franchise specializing in window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and holiday lighting. We offer competitive compensation starting between $16-18 per hour with potential for commissions and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Drive to customers' homes or businesses in our Shine vehicle to perform services specific to their needs.
• Work comfortably and casually in our provided attire and equipment.
• Participate in daily team meetings to understand the day's game plan.
• End the day at the Shine office to recap the day's activities.

Requirements

• Must like to work with people
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder up to 30 pounds
• Must not be afraid of heights
• Must be able to work outside
• Must look presentable in Shine Attire
